The following items are excluded from return and refund unless faulty or damaged:

Used Tools or Opened Parts Kits

If an item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within the statutory warranty period, please contact us within 7 days of receipt (or upon discovery) with:

Clear photos or videos of the defect
